Then our front desk position is for you!
As a Legion front desk you will be the first face our amazing members see. You’ll be responsible for greeting our members and challengers as well as administering customer consultations and one on one support.
Our members range from those brand new to fitness to those who have been at our centers, or workingout, for years. You must have the drive to meet and outperform all key performance sales indicators, including challenge sales, membership sales and renewals, retail sales, and member attendance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create an environment that is fun and filled with energy

Retail inventory
Track client progress
Assist the team with daily duties

Then our group fitness coach/personal trainer positionis for you!
As a Legion fitness coach you’ll be responsible for training clients in our group classes, training clients in semi-private sessions as well as administering fitness evaluations, tracking client progress, provide exercise demonstration, & instruction.
Better yet, our full time position doesn’t include split shifts or being at the centerfor 16 hours each day where your sessions are spread out! You’ll be coaching four to five sessions each day and have three to four additional hours to follow up with members and additional office duties.

As a Legion sales associate you’ll be responsible for assisting in changing the lives of our community through signing up new members and people into our introductory programs. You must have the drive to meet and outperform all key performance sales indicators, including challenge sales, membership sales and renewals, retail sales, and member attendance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain an effective referral program
Utilize Legion sales systems
Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile, to create and mantain a friendly positive environment

Call Center Rep:
Job Description
Legion Transformation Center is a growing fitness company with 8 corporate locations and an emerging franchise presence. Our mission is to transform the lives of our community through health and fitness. We do this through amazing bootcamp style workouts, done-for-you nutrition plans, and outstanding accountability.
We are looking for an inbound sales professional to manage the correspondence among our 8 corporate locations and set up appointments for fitness consultations. The sales professional’s responsibilities will include:
Incoming/Outgoing Phone Calls (Minimum 100 calls/day)
Incoming/Outgoing Text Messages (Minimum 100 texts/day)
Social Media Correspondence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
We have thousands of warm leads in need of follow up. Strong communication skills and self-motivation are key components to success in this role. Sales background preferred but not required. Candidate will receive all training and onboarding support necessary to be successful in this role.
Whoever is selected will be provided all scripts needed for communicating our message across all forms of media/telecommunications.
